A medical certificate medical certificate bearing the mention "cycling in competition" dating from less than one year before the date of the end of the event (medical certificate model here) or a FFC, FFTri, Ufolep, FSGT competition or mass event license for the current year, or the certificate of completion of the health module which you can fill in here once you've created your licensee space( valid for 4 months only,from May 28 )
