How does luggage storage work?
To manage your luggage, we've set up an easy and secure locker system. Here's how it works:
1. You will find a deposit ticket in your starting bag.
2. Attach this ticket to your luggage. Make sure it is firmly attached and visible.
3. Then take your luggage to the locker location indicated. Our on-site volunteers will guide you.
4. At the end of the race, present your locker ticket to claim your luggage.
Don't lose your deposit ticket! It's essential for getting your stuff back after the race.
Keep it with you at all times.
How is the equipment inspected?
We've set up a process for checking your bike and equipment (on Gravel Fever Ultra 500) to ensure your safety and the smooth running of the competition, in accordance with the regulations for sporting events. Here's how it works:
1. When you pick up your race number, a compulsory check of your bike will be carried out. The purpose of this check is to ensure that your bike is in good condition and complies with the specifications required by the competition rules.
2. At the same time, we will also carry out a complete check of all your compulsory equipment. This is to ensure that you have all the equipment you need for the race, and that it complies with the event rules.
3. Finally, an additional check will be carried out at each checkpoint exit. This continuous check ensures that your bike and equipment remain in good condition and up to standard throughout the event.
It is therefore important that you have your bike and all your equipment ready and accessible for these checks. These checks are essential for your safety and that of the other participants, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
