It is not essential, but strongly recommended, to provide a medical certificate medical certificate bearing the mention "cycling in competition" dated less than one year before the end of the event (medical certificate template here) or a FFC, FFTri, Ufolep, FSGT competition or mass event license for the current year, or the certificate of completion of the health module, which you can fill in here once you've created your licensee space( valid for 4 months only,from May 28 ).
